基于多层线性模型的高职专业生产效率分析——以计算机类专业为例
Analysis on the Majors Production Efficiency in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Hierarchical Linear Model:Taking the Computer Class Majors as Example
【摘要】 通过构建"专业层面-省级层面"的二层线性模型,分析各教育投入要素以及地区的经济、产业背景对高职计算机专业生产效率的影响后发现:校企合作对学生就业具有积极作用,而"双师型"教师、实践课程对学生就业无显著影响;中职生源和普通高中生源的学生在就业方面并无显著差别;高职院校之间出现了层级分化;区域产业结构对学生的一般就业率影响显著。
【Abstract】 Through constructing the two-layer hierarchical linear model of major hierarchy and province hierarchy,and analyzing the impact of the educational input factors and the regional economic and industrial development on the production efficiency of the computer class majors in higher vocational colleges,it found that college-enterprise collaboration had a significantly positive impact on graduates’ employment,but double-qualification teachers and practical courses did not;there were no significant differences in the employments of graduates stemming from general high schools and secondary vocational schools;the colleges were stratified;the regional structure of the software industry affected the graduates’ general employment rate in computer class majors significantly.
