硫酸氢钠催化合成戊二酸二丁酯的研究
Synthesis of Dibutyl Glutarate Using Sodium Bisulfate as Catalyst
【摘要】 以戊二酸和正丁醇为原料,环己烷为带水剂,硫酸氢钠为催化剂合成戊二酸二丁酯,考察了醇酸物质的量比、反应时间、催化剂的用量等因素对酯化反应的影响,确定了最佳反应条件为:醇酸物质的量比3∶1,催化剂的用量0.25 g,带水剂15 mL,反应时间1.5 h,此条件下酯化率达96.6%,结果表明,硫酸氢钠是合成戊二酸二丁酯的优良催化剂。
【Abstract】 Dibutyl glutarate was synthesized from glutaric acid and n-butanol with sodium bisulfate as catalyst and cyclohexane as the taking water reagent.Various factors such as the molar ratio of n-butanol to glutaric.reaction time and amount of catalyst which would influence the reaction were studied.The optimum synthetic reaction conditions of dibutyl glutarate were determined that the molar ratio of n-butanol to glutaric acid was 3∶1,amount of catalyst was 0.25 g,the taking water reagent was 15 mL and the reaction time was 1.5 h,the esterification ratio was 98.6%.The experimental results showed that sodium bisulfate was an excellent catalyst for dibutyl glutarata.
