聚烯烃嵌段共聚物的特性及其在热熔压敏胶中的应用
The characteristic of polyolefin block copolymers and its application in hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive
【摘要】 介绍了嵌段共聚物的一些制备方法,并将聚烯烃嵌段共聚物(OBC)与无规乙烯共聚物、SIS和SEBS等进行比较,得出聚烯烃嵌段共聚物有优良的弹性回复,熔融温度和结晶温度较高,热稳定性,颜色浅和气味小等特点,使它在更广泛的领域得到应用。同时还综述了聚烯烃嵌段共聚物在热熔压敏胶的应用及相关性能测试,并展望了聚烯烃嵌段共聚物在热熔压敏胶应用的发展前景。
【Abstract】 Some preparation methods of block copolymer was described,and OBC was compared with the random ethylene copolymer,SIS and SEBS etc.It showed that OBC had excellent elastic recovery,melting temperature and crystallization temperature,high thermal stability,color light and low odor etc.So that it had been applied in wider areas.The application and performance testing.of polyolefin block copolymer in the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive were also reviewed.In the end,the further development of OBC in the application of hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive was presented.
