MnO2-氧化石墨复合材料的制备及其电化学电容性能研究

【摘要】 利用液相氧化还原法制备了MnO2-氧化石墨(GO)复合物。MnO2纳米颗粒均匀生长在GO纳米片的表面上,使MnO2的电化学利用率显著提高。复合物中GO和MnO2的比例对其电化学活性有显著影响,当GO的质量分数为10%时,复合物的单电极比电容高达419F·g-1,2000次充放电循环之后电容保持率为82%。

【Abstract】 MnO2-Graphite oxide(GO)composites were prepared by solution-phase redox reaction under ambient conditions.It has been demonstrated that GO can serve as a 2Dsupport for anchoring MnO2nanoparticles.As a result,its enhanced electrochemical capacitance was obtained from the better utilization of MnO2.Furthermore,the electrochemical activity of the composites was influenced significantly by the mass ratios of GO to MnO2.The composite,in which the weight percent of GO was 10%,reached the maximum specific capacitance of 419Fg-1at a current density of 1Ag-1.In addition,good capacity retention of over 82% was achieved by the composite electrode after 2000charge-discharge cycles at 2Ag-1.
