【摘要】 介绍了配加进口铁精矿(磁铁矿)的烧结杯试验。试验研究表明:随着铁精矿配加比例的增加,混合料粒度组成中小粒度比例增高,造成烧结料层透气性变差,烧结时间延长,烧结速度的降低,成品率与转鼓指数提高,有效地减少燃料消耗,在冶金性能试验中配加该种铁精矿对烧结生产没有明显的影响,因此可以应用于实际生产,来改善烧结过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sintering pot test to add imported iron ore concentrate( magnetite) is introduced. It is showed from result that along with the proportioning rate of iron ore concentrate increased,the ratio of small grain size in size composition of mixing materials is increased,to make the permeability of sintering materials layer worse,sintering time expanded,sintering speed reduced,the yield and drum index improved,the fuel consumption effectively reduced. It is concluded that adding iron ore concentrate has little influence on sintering production and this process can be applied to actual production to improve sintering procedure.更多还原
