【摘要】 为了推进酸枣品种化、产业化发展,对邢台市酸枣资源进行了广泛调查和品质测定。结果表明,邢台市酸枣枣头一次枝和二次枝色泽、长度等性状差异较大,酸枣叶片色泽、形状、叶基等主要植物学性状差异也较大;果肉总糖含量42.44%~72.23%,酸含量0.71%~6.88%,酸枣仁皂苷A含量122±37.8~350±13.3μg/g,酸枣仁皂苷B含量30±8.9~133±6.87μg/g。选出了邢酸3号、邢酸8号、邢酸12号、邢酸13号4个优良品系。更多还原

【Abstract】 With a view to the promotion of Zizyphus jujuba varieties and its industrialization,extensive research and quality tests on Xingtai Zizyphus jujubaresources were conducted and finally four superior strains were chosen.The results show that great distinctions are existing in the main botany properties of the micro Zizyphus jujuba and wild jujube heads primary tiller and second tiller traits such as color,length and leaf base.Pulp contains 42.44%~72.23% of total sugar,with 0.71%~6.88% acid content,122±37.8~350± 13.3μg/g Jujuboside A content,and the highest 30±8.9~133±6.87μg/g Jujuboside B content.The preferred varieties are Xingsuan3,Xingsuan8,Xingsuan12,Xingsuan13.更多还原
