【Abstract】 This article takes the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University for example to discuss how to broaden the channels of employment for university graduates of medicine.It defines the first year as adaptation period,the second year as orientation period,the third year as preparation and the fourth year as differentiation period,urging universities to prepare students for their future jobs by offering them full and thorough career planning education.更多还原
