【摘要】 目的:探讨Ki-67的表达在胎盘绒毛滋养细胞生存活性评价中的作用。方法:应用免疫组化MaxVision法检测Ki-67在48例自然流产、48例葡萄胎和25例早期正常妊娠(作为对照组)妇女的胎盘绒毛滋养细胞中的表达情况。结果:葡萄胎组中Ki-67强阳性表达显著高于对照组和自然流产组(P<0.01)。结论:在胎盘绒毛滋养细胞中,Ki-67表达降低可能导致自然流产,过表达则可导致肿瘤的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study The function of Ki-67 in survival activity evaluation of placenta villi nutrient cells. Methods: The expression of Ki-67 in placenta villi nutrient cells of 48 patients with early abortion and 48 patients with hydatidiform mole and 25 early normal pregnancy(as the control group)were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results:Ki- 67 strong positive expression in hydatidiform mole group is significantly higher than control group and spontaneous abortion group(P<0.01). Conclusions:In placental villi nutrient cells, the expression of Ki-67 lower can cause spontaneous abortion, high expression can lead to the occurrence of tumor.更多还原
