城市合流制管道溢流污染削减措施的优化选择

【摘要】 近年来,城市合流制管道溢流(CSOs)污染的问题日益突出,对受纳水体的生态环境造成了严重的污染和破坏。为此,一系列技术措施被提出并用于削减和控制CSOs污染,其中包括合流制向分流制改造、建设CSOs调蓄池和增设截流管道以提高截流倍数等。讨论了上述三种措施在A城市内河L河流域应用的优势和可能存在的问题,并从经济成本、社会影响和环境效益等方面综合比较了三种措施的效果。分析结果表明:将合流制改为分流制在污染物削减方面效果最好,而建立调蓄池的成本相对最低,这两个方案综合可行性优于增建调蓄管道的方案,从而提高截流倍数,减轻水体污染。

【Abstract】 In recent years,the pollution caused by combined sewer overflows( CSOs) has become more and more prominent,which leads to serious pollution and destruction of ecological environment of receiving waters. For this reason,several pollution reduction measures were proposed to solve these problems,including transforming combined sewer system into separate one,constructing CSOs storage tank and interception sewer. The advantages and limitations of applying the above three measures were discussed. Meanwhile,their economic costs,social influence and environmental benefits were evaluated.The results indicated that transforming combined sewer system into separate one performed better in reducing pollution load while constructing CSOs storage tank demanded the lowest cost. Moreover,increasing the interception ratios by constructing a new interception sewer presented the worst feasibility.
