微滤膜与混凝集成反应器处理微污染水源水研究

【摘要】 采用微滤膜与混凝集成反应器(简称膜混凝反应器,MCR)处理某湖水,规模为0.5m3/h。结果表明:当氯化铁投加量为30~50 mg/L、粉末炭投加量为20~30 mg/L时,MCR对微污染水中浊度、有机物和细菌具有良好的去除效果;试验期间出水浊度和菌落总数分别低于0.3 NTU和30 CFU/mL;当原水为《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)规定的Ⅴ类水时,出水水质基本可以满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)的要求;当原水是劣Ⅴ类水时,出水水质接近饮用水标准。

【Abstract】 Membrane coagulation reactor( MCR) was used for the treatment of lake water. The capacity of the reactor was 0. 5 m3/h. The results indicated that turbidity,bacteria and organic pollutants were effectively removed when dosages of ferric chloride and powdered activated carbon( PAC) were 30 to 50 mg /L and 20 to 30 mg /L,respectively. Turbidity and total bacterial count in finished water were less than 0. 3 NTU and 30 CFU /mL,respectively. When the raw water was under the Ⅴcriteria specified in the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water( GB 3838- 2002),the finished water quality met the requirement of Standards for Drinking Water Quality( GB 5749- 2006). When the raw water did not meet Ⅴcriteria,the finished water quality was close to the standard.
