爆轰纳米金刚石在基础油中稳定分散研究

【摘要】 采用加热氧化改性的方法对爆轰纳米金刚石进行表面修饰,超声分散到乙醇中后进行机械研磨,同时添加表面活性剂吐温-80和OP-10,采用XRD、FTIR、激光粒度分析、TEM等手段进行表征,然后使用聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺(T154)作为分散剂,超声分散于基础油中。结果表明此法分散的金刚石能够均匀稳定地分散在基础油中,粒度主要分布在50~150 nm之间,可至少稳定存放4个月。

【Abstract】 Modified the surface of the detonation nano-diamond(DND) by the method of heating and oxidation.Mechanical lapping was used after ultrasonic dispersion,meanwhile,twain-80 and OP-10 were added.We used XRD,FT-IR,TEM and laser particle analyzer to analysis.Then,we took polyisobutylene keating diimide(T154) as dispersant to disperse DND into the base oil.It turned out that by this means,a clear stable solution of DND in solvents of base oil was obtained.The particle size mainly distribute between 50 nm and 150 nm.The solution can be stable for at least 4months.
