棉花打顶机无线遥控电源开关控制系统设计研究

【摘要】 棉花打顶机是棉花顶尖去除的重要设备,用于替代人工完成对棉花的打顶工作。本文以棉花打顶机为控制对象,设计了由PT2264编码芯片和PT2272解码芯片构成的无线遥控电源开关控制系统,并在模拟拖拉机田间作业噪声环境下进行了无线遥控噪声性能测试试验。试验结果表明,拖拉机噪声对无线传输信号虽有一定影响,但无线传输整体性能稳定,遥控响应迅速,响应时间最快可达18ms,能够满足棉花打顶机电源开关无线遥控的要求。

【Abstract】 The cotton plant topper is the important equipment for cotton topping replaced the artificial work to do the cotton topping. Taking the cotton plant topper as the control object, design a wireless control system, which consist of PT2262 encoding chip and PT2272 decoding chip, and simulated the noise environment of field work, conducted a noise performance testing experimental. The experimental results showed that the tractor noise had an effect on wireless transmission, but the overall performance was stable, the remote control have a quick response and the fastest time can be up to 18ms.It can be successfully used for the wireless power switch control of cotton plant topper.
