【摘要】 目的:调查PICC和植入式静脉输液港(VPA)在化疗患者中的使用情况,为合理选择静脉输液途径提供依据。方法:选择2012年1-12月在我院住院接受化疗的1509例PICC置管患者和1461例VPA置管患者为研究对象;比较两组管路维护的操作时间、置管期间并发症和患者舒适度。结果:PICC维护的操作时间比VPA长,置管期间并发症发生率比VPA高,患者舒适度比VPA低。结论:VPA适合在化疗患者中推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the usage of PICC and VPA in tumor chemotherapy wards and to provide further evidence for the selection of intravenous infusion approach.Methods: We selected 1509 PICC cases and 1461 VPA cases respectively from January 2012 to December 2012 in tumor chemotherapy wards.We compared the maintenance operation time,the incidence of complications and the patients’ comfort between PICC and VPA groups.Results: The maintenance operation time of PICC was longer than that of VPA.The incidence of complications of PICC was higher than that of VPA,and the patients with PICC felt less comfortable than those with VPA.Conclusion: The VPA is worthy to be used widely among cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.更多还原
