【摘要】 目的:研究微格教学法在提高《医护英语》教师教学能力中的应用效果。方法:在2011级涉外护理专业《医护英语》教学中采用微格教学法;教学结束后,采用问卷调查和访谈法对教师的教学能力进行评价。结果 :采用微格教学法后,教师的10大教学技能得分明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:微格教学法可提升教师的教学技能,提高教学热情,增强教学效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of microteaching on improving nursing teachers’ teaching ability in Medical and Nursing English. Methods: We used Microteaching method in Medical and Nursing English for the foreign-related nursing students of Grade 2011 and evaluated the teaching effect by questionnaire investigation and in-depth interviews. Results: The ten teaching skills of the teachers improved statistically after the application of Microteaching method(P<0.05). Conclusion: The microteaching method could improve teachers’ teaching skills, and students’ participation awareness and learning interests.更多还原
