“三位一体”大学生创新能力培养研究与实践

【摘要】 培养理工科学生的创新能力,构建多层次、多环节的创新引导教学模式势在必行。文章根据创造力三维模型理论,构建了以低年级课堂教学为引导、大学生科技创新训练(SRTP)为平台、科研实践活动为载体的"三位一体"大学生创新能力培养模式,并通过教学实践环节锻炼学生的创新思维,有效提升大学生的创新能力,为培养具有优异综合素质的拔尖创新人才建立可行机制。

【Abstract】 In order to cultivate science and engineering students’ innovative ability,it is imperative to build innovative guided teaching mode with various links. Based on the three-dimensional-model theory of innovation,the paper constructs the model of training undergraduate innovative ability with " Trinity" which consists of the classroom teaching guide in low grade,the college students’ innovative training as platform, and the scientific research practice as carrier. The innovation teaching practice trains students’ innovative thinking,effectively improves college students’ innovative ability,which establishes a feasible mechanism to cultivate excellent innovative talents with comprehensive quality.
