基于计算实验的企业技术创新策略选择
Strategy Selection for Technological Innovation of Enterprise Based on Computational Experiment
【摘要】 技术创新策略的选择是企业开展技术创新活动的重要环节,本文采用计算实验方法构建了企业技术创新策略选择模型,将技术创新策略分为模仿创新、自主创新以及联合创新三种模式,重点分析了企业规模、技术复杂性、政府R&D补贴策略对技术创新主体确定技术创新方式的影响。实验结果表明模仿创新是中小企业的优先选择;企业在进行复杂性水平较高的技术开发时更倾向于选择联合创新;当政府采取成果产出补贴时,企业更倾向于选择联合创新或自主创新。
【Abstract】 The decision of selection on alternative technological innovation strategy is the key point for enterprises to carry out technological innovation activities.In this paper,we have built an selection model of enterprise technology innovation strategy using computational experiment.Three strategies have been mentioned:imitation innovation,independent innovation,and cooperative innovation.Enterprise scale,technical complexity,government R&D subsidy policy have been focused.Experimental result shows that imitate innovation are a priority for SMEs(medium-sized and small enterprises).It also shows that the enterprises are more likely to choose cooperative innovation when technology is more complex.The enterprises are more likely when the government provide subsidies after technological innovation.
