【摘要】 在云鹤等(2009)研究的基础上,构建了经济增长模型和衡量经济增长方式转变和增长质量的指标,并利用1996~2012年中部六省的数据,通过比较实证,对湖南省"九五"、"十五"以及"十一五"三个增长阶段经济增长及增长质量不同表现的原因进行深入剖析。研究发现:(1)中部六省虽然在转方式、调结构的道路上不断努力,但是目前均尚处于经济粗放增长阶段;(2)湖南物质资本投入的增加对经济的快速增长起到非常大的助推作用,但是物质资本的深化并没有带来相应产出效率的提高;(3)在全要素生产率的三要素中,人力资本、技术进步对经济增长方式和增长质量的提升均有非常重要的作用,而从研究期间的表现看,产业结构的优化调整是"十一五"湖南经济取得良好表现最重要的原因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of YUNHE(2009),we build the economic growth model and index measuring the quality of economic growth and transformation,using the data of six provinces from 1996 to 2012,try to find the reasons for different economic performance during the ninth,tenth and eleventh five-year plan.We concluded that:(1)the central six provinces are still in the stage of extensive economic growth;(2)the increase in the input of material capital plays a very big role in promoting Hunan economic growth,but the increase of investment does not bring the corresponding capital productivity growth;and(3)in three elements of TFP,human capital and technological advances promote the economic quality,but results show that the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure is the most important factor.更多还原
