集装箱自装卸运输车工作装置铰点位置对油缸载荷影响
Impact of hinge-point positioning on cylinder loading for working device of side container cranes
【摘要】 建立了集装箱自装卸运输车工作装置的数学模型和力学模型,在理论上研究各铰点位置对油缸载荷的影响,并通过动力学仿真分析软件ADAMS进行试验验证,结果表明下臂油缸上下铰点位置与下吊臂下铰点位置对下臂油缸载荷的影响最大.理论与仿真试验分析结果吻合较好,两者相互验证,相互补充.
【Abstract】 By establishing the mathematical and dynamical models for working device of side container cranes,the relationship between hinge-point positioning and cylinder loading is theoretically studied and experimentally verified using dynamical simulation software,ADAMSTM.Accordingly,it is indicated from results that the top and bottom hing-point positions of lower-arm cylinder,together with bottom hingepoint position of lower lifting arm,significantly impact the lower-arm cylinder loading.Therefore,the theoretical and simulation testing results are well coincided with mutual verification and supplement.
