茶树HMGR蛋白的生物信息学分析
Bioinformatics Analysis of HMGR Protein from Camellia sinensis
【摘要】 为开展茶树3-羟基-3-甲基戊二酰辅酶A还原酶(Cs HMGR)蛋白的酶学特性和萜类生物合成的分子机制研究奠定基础,采用生物信息学方法对Cs HMGR蛋白的理化性质、结构特征、功能及系统演化关系等进行了预测分析。结果表明:2个茶树蛋白(Cs HMGR1和Cs HMGR2)均为疏水性蛋白,主要由α-螺旋和无规则卷曲组件构成二级结构;三级结构以同源四聚体形式存在,含有HMGR蛋白特有并保守的2个HMG-CoA结合域和2个NADP(H)结合域;Cs HMGR1与拟南芥At HMGR1的遗传距离最近,Cs HMGR2与烟草、番茄的遗传距离较近。
【Abstract】 In order to provide a reference for studying on enzymatic characteristics and molecular mechanism of terpene biosynthesis of Cs HMGR,the physicochemical property,architectural feature,function and phylogeny relationship were predicted and analyzed by bioinformatics methods.Results:Cs HMGR1 and Cs HMGR2 are hydrophobic proteins,the main motifs of predicted secondary structure are alpha helix and random coil,and tertiary structure occurs homo-tetramer which contain two HMG CoA combined with domain and two NADP(H)combined with domain.Genetic distance is close between Cs HMGR1 and At HMGR1,as well as Cs HMGR2 with Nt HMGR and Sl HMGR.
