水稻糙米中维生素E相关QTL分析
QTL Mapping of Vitamin E in Brown Rice(Oryza sativa L.)
【摘要】 以珍汕97和德陇208两个籼稻品种为亲本杂交构建的重组自交系(recombinant inbred line,RIL)群体为材料,通过包含有179个简单重复序列(SSR)标记的遗传连锁图谱,全基因组对2011年糙米中维生素E的8个异构体(α,β,γ,δ-生育酚和α,β,γ,δ-生育三烯酚)含量进行数量性状位点(QTL)定位分析,共检测到4个QTLs,其中α-生育酚在水稻第1染色体上检测到一个QTL,γ-生育酚在水稻第2染色体检测到一个QTL,δ-生育三烯酚在水稻第2和第6染色体上分别检测到一个QTL。所有QTL中仅控制γ-生育酚含量的QTL是亲本德陇208上的等位基因起增效作用,余下的3个QTL均来自于珍汕97。维生素E是水稻重要的营养品质之一,研究水稻中维生素E的遗传基础,为进一步阐述水稻中维生素E合成的分子机制及水稻营养品质改良提供基础。
【Abstract】 A linkage map consisting of 179 simple sequence repeat(SSR) markers was constructed by using a recombinant inbred line(RIL) population derived from a cross between two rice varieties Zhenshan 97 and Delong 208. Quantitative trait loci(QTL) mapping for controlling 8 isomers(α, β, γ, δ-tocopherol and α, β, γ, δ-tocotrienol) of vitamin E in brown rice content was conducted in 2011. 4 QTLs were identified, including 1 QTL for α-tocopherol content on chromosome 1, 1 QTL for γ-tocopherol content on chromosome 2, and 2 QTLs for δ-tocotrienol on chromosome 2 and 6. Only enhancing allele about QTL for γ-tocopherol came from Delong 208, others 3 from Zhenshan 97. Vitamin E is a part of rice nutrient quality. The genetic basis study about vitamin E in rice can provide a pathway for molecular mechanism research of vitamin E synthesis in rice and the rice nutrient quality trait improvement.
