离心纺丝的发展现状及前景

【摘要】 离心纺丝是一种新的制备纳米纤维的方法,纺丝效率高,纺丝原料多样化,并且克服了很多熔体静电纺丝和溶液静电纺丝的缺点。本文对离心纺丝的发展过程进行了综述,并简要介绍了高速离心纺丝与离心静电纺丝的原理。其中,针对高速离心纺丝过程,总结了影响纤维质量和产量的因素,对离心纺丝今后的深入研究具有一定的借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 The centrifugal spinning has been proven to be a new method to produce nanofibers, which has higher efficiency and material diversity than traditional electrospinning. At the same time, this technology overcomes some limitations of melt electrospinning and solution electrospinning. This paper introduced the development of centrifugal spinning, as well as the mechanism of forcespinning and centrifugal electrospinning. Besides, the factors impacting the quality and output of fiber with centrifugal spinning were also analyzed.
