【摘要】 金属腐蚀不仅带来巨大的经济损失,也给我们的人身安全带来隐患,因此,采取有效的金属防腐蚀措施刻不容缓。由于超疏水涂层在金属腐蚀防护中优异的性能,综述了金属基超疏水涂层的主要构建方法,包括水热法、溶胶-凝胶法、电化学沉积、溶液浸渍沉积法、自组装法、化学(电)刻蚀法、接枝聚合法和模版法,探讨了各种制备方法的优缺点,并展望了超疏水涂层在金属防腐蚀方面的发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Metal corrosion not only brings huge economic loss,but also affect our personal safety and security,therefore,it is imperative to take effective measures for protection of metal corrosion.Due to the good performance of superhydrophobic coatings in protection of metal corrosion,the fabrication techniques including hydrothermal method,sol-gel method,electrochemical deposition,solution impregnation deposition,self-assembly method,chemical(electric)etching method,grafting polymerization method and template method were mainly introduced in this paper.Advantages and disadvantages of different kinds of techniques were discussed.And the developments direction in this field was prospected.更多还原
