富营养化水体藻类显微镜计数方法改进研究
Improvement of method for algae microscope count in eutrophic water body
【摘要】 随机视野法(random field method)和对角线计数法(diagonal count method)的比较实验研究表明:测定藻类细胞以密集的团状或束状形态存在的水样,对角线计数法具有准确度高,精密度好的特点,该法适宜的水样藻细胞密度为1000~1500个细胞/10格。
【Abstract】 The result of comparison between random field method and diagonal count method showed: diagonal count method owned higher accuracy and better precision in spectrophotometry algal cells which exist as intensive slug or bundles in water sample. This method is suit for water sample which algae cell density is 1000~1500 cells per lattice.
