【摘要】 目的了解广西不同社区吸毒人员的生存质量状况及影响因素,为促进健康教育,制定社会综合矫治方案和改善吸毒人员生存质量提供科学依据。方法根据WHO对生存质量的界定,参照《药物式瘾者生命质量测定量表》(QO-DAV2.0)对广西桂东南、桂西南和桂北不同地区吸毒人员进行调查,用POMS-2.0医学统计程序软件进行分析。结果吸毒人员年龄在40岁以下占90.94%,离婚和未婚占比例较高,文化程度较低,初中以下文化程度桂东南占82.35%,桂西南为93.50%,桂北88.03%。桂西南与桂东南吸毒者文化构成比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.70,P<0.05)。社区吸毒人员就业机会难,总体生存质量中等,桂西南4个维度得分高于桂东南和桂北吸毒者,躯体功能比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.03和t=2.18,P<0.05),社会功能得分与桂东南比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.07,P<0.05)。女性各维度总得分均低于男性,心理功能、社会功能比较差异有统计学意义(t=4.67,P<0.01)。吸毒年龄、文化程度、家庭环境气氛、亲朋和社会关心与支持,日平均吸毒量等是影响吸毒者生存质量的主要影响因素。结论相关部门应根据对吸毒者生存质量的影响因素,采取综合防治措施,进一步提高吸毒人群的生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the quality of life among drug addicts and its influence factors in different communities in Guangxi,and provide evidence for carrying out health education,establishing the scheme of social integration for correcting treatment,and improving the drug addicts’ quality of life. Methods According to the WHO’s defined term on the quality of life,drug addicts were investigated in different communities from the south-east,south-west and the north of Guangxi,and the data were analyzed by POMS-2. 0 statistical software. Results 90. 94% of drug addicts were under the age of 40,they had high proportion of divorce and spinsterhood,lower education level,the proportion of under the primary middle school level was 82. 35% in the south-east,93. 50% in the south-west,and 88. 03% in the north,there was statistically significant difference in the proportion of drug addicts’ education level between south-west and south-east( X2= 7. 70,P<0. 05). Drug addicts had employment difficulties,their total quality if life was medium,the scores of quality of life in the south-west were higher than those in the south-east,and in the north in 4 domains,there was statistically significant difference in the scores of body function domain( t = 2. 03 and t = 2. 18,P < 0. 05),and there was statistically significant difference in the scores of social domain between south-west and south-east( t = 2. 07,P<0. 05). The total quality of life of female was lower than that of male in 4 domains,there was statistically significant difference in the scores of the social domain and psychological scale( t = 4. 67,P< 0. 01). The affecting factors of quality of life were: the age of drug abuse, education level,family environment,parents and social concern and support,and dosage of daily average drug used,etc. Conclusion The total quality of life among drug addicts showed improvement,the concerned departments should focus on the affecting factors of their quality of life,and take corresponding actions to improve their quality of life.更多还原
