【摘要】 目的:通过对我院门、急诊中成药处方进行点评,了解中成药的使用情况,以指导临床合理用药并制定针对性的管理措施。方法:采用回顾性调查方法和分层定比抽样法随机抽查我院2012年1-12月1 200张门、急诊中成药处方,按照相关规定进行点评。结果:(1)中医师开具的中成药处方仅占17.1%,82.9%的中成药处方由西医师开具;(2)门、急诊使用中成药的患者年龄在12岁以下的占97.7%;(3)不合理处方中以临床诊断不规范最多(66.3%),其余为用法用量不适宜、剂量或给药途径不适宜等。结论:中成药应在中医理论指导下应用,西医师应了解中成药相关的中医理论知识及使用原则,关注12岁以下儿童合理用药。临床医师应注意规范临床诊断,临床药师应注意提高业务水平,科学合理地点评处方;医院相关部门应注意监督执行并持续改进医院处方点评管理规范,保证临床用药安全合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To probe the irrational use of Traditional Chinese medicine in Tianjin Children’s Hospital in order to guide clinical rational drug use and take specific measures for management. Methods: One thousand and two hundred Traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for outpatients and emergency in our hospital during 2012 were randomly selected and analyzed with the method of retrospective investigation. Results:( 1) Only 17. 1% TMC prescription wree used by TMC doctor,82. 9% were used by western medicine physicians.( 2) 97. 7% of patients receiving TMC were under 12 years old.( 3) The reasons of irrational prescriptions were nonstandard diagnosis( 66. 3%),followed by unsuitable dosage and administration,irrational indication and route of administration. Conclusions: Physicians are required to have a good understanding of the application of Traditional Chinese medicines,and should pay attention to the patients under 12 years old. Pharmacists should improve their professional skills and review prescriptions scientifically. Meanwhile,the hospital should raise awareness of rational drug use to improve medication safety among all the people.更多还原
