【摘要】 目的探讨经胃镜食管覆膜支架置入治疗食管气管瘘的疗效及并发症。方法食管气管瘘患者26例,采用经胃镜食管支架置入术,观察术后瘘封堵的有效性、并发症及短期生活质量。结果食管支架置入均一次成功,术后患者感染减轻,咳嗽好转,进食增加,营养状态好转。结论经胃镜食管覆膜支架置入术治疗食管气管瘘成功率高,并发症发生率低,短期疗效好,已成为治疗食管气管瘘安全、有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect and complication of membrane-covered esophageal stent implantation by gastroscope in the treatment of esophago-tracheal fistula. Methods Twenty-six patients with esophageal-tracheal fistula were implanted with esophageal stent by gastroscope,the effectiveness of the operation,complications and short-term quality of life were observed. Results Esophageal stent implantation was successful in all the patients during their first implantation,after operation, the infection relieved,cough improved,eating increased,and the nutritional status was better. Conclusion Esophageal stenting by gastroscope in treatment of esophageal-tracheal fistula has high success rate,low incidence of complications,good short-term curative effect,and become a safe and effective treatment for esophageal-tracheal fistula.更多还原
