硫堇-铁体系电化学性能的研究

【摘要】 介绍了硫堇-铁体系的电化学性能。用硫酸亚铁和硫酸铁配制正极电解质溶液,用硫堇配制负极电解质溶液,正负极均采用硫酸钠溶液作为支持电解质,并用一定浓度的硫酸调节体系的pH值。对不同浓度的负极电解质溶液进行了循环伏安扫描,结果表明,硫堇电对具有一定的可逆性。采用恒电流充放电方式对自制的电池装置进行了充放电实验,结果表明硫堇-铁体系液流电池的充放电容量较低,但随着充放电循环的进行,电池的利用率有所提高。

【Abstract】 The electrochemical proprerties in thionine-iron systems were investigated. The positive electrolyte solution was prepared with ferrous sulfate and ferric sulfate, the cathode was adopted with the thionine solution, and the sodium sulfate solution was the supporting electrolyte. The pH of these systems was adjusted with certain concentration of sulphuric acid. The results of the cyclic voltammetry in different concentrations of the cathode electrolyte solution show that the thionine couple is reversible to a certain extent. The results of constant current charge and discharge in the homemade battery show that the charge and discharge capacity in the thionine- iron system is low, and the utilization rate of the battery is raised in the certain extent.
