8kW常温常压空冷PEM燃料电池堆设计
Design of 8kW air cooling PEM fuel cell stack at ambient pressure and temperature conditions
【摘要】 详细介绍了8 kW应急电源用常温常压空冷PEM燃料电池堆从技术要求到实验测试的整个设计过程,包括极板设计、电堆装配、电堆伏安特性测试、电堆单片电压测试以及电堆稳定性测试。实验测试充分证明了电堆设计的合理性、可行性、有效性。
【Abstract】 The whole design procedure of a 8 kW air cooling PEM fuel cell stack at ambient pressure and temperature conditions was introduced from technical requirements of the emergency power system to experimental tests, including bipolar plate design, stack assemble, stack volt-ampere characteristic test, single cell voltage test and stack stability test. The results show that the method of stack design is rational, feasible and effective.
