【Abstract】 Knowing about Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes for the first time from the bookstalls by the Seine River and Musée Guimet had aroused Mr. Chang Shuhong’s desire for going to the Mogao Grottoes. When he returned to China, Chang Shuhong and his family experienced many setbacks and finally got to Dunhuang. His life there was very hard at first, but he was still deeply attracted by Dunhuang art.
