两种手术方式治疗桡骨小头粉碎性骨折疗效对比分析

【摘要】 目的比较切开复位微型钢板内固定与桡骨小头假体置换治疗桡骨小头粉碎性骨折的治疗效果。方法选择山东省枣庄矿业集团枣庄医院60例桡骨小头粉碎性骨折患者,随机分成A组、B组。A组行切开复位微型钢板内固定手术治疗,B组行桡骨小头假体置换手术治疗。比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果手术后对60例患者进行为期2年的随访,2组患者治疗效果差异无统计学意义。A组30例患者在手术后半年内骨性均愈合成功,无并发症发生。2组患者治疗后均得到恢复,无并发症发生。结论采用切开复位微型钢板内固定方法或桡骨小头假体置换治疗桡骨小头粉碎性骨折,均取得了良好的效果,适合临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare mini plate internal fi xation and radial head prosthesis replacement for the treatment of comminuted radial head fractures. Methods 60 cases of Radial head comminuted fracture patients were randomly divided into two groups,group A and group B.Patients in group A were treated with open reduction and mini plate internal fi xation operation.Patients in group B were radial head prosthesis replacement operation treatment.Finally,compared the effect of treatment between two groups. Results 60 patients after operation were followed up for 2 years, the treatment effects of the two groups had no signifi cant difference. 30 patients of group A were successfully in operation within six months after bone healing, no complications.Patients in the two groups after treatment were recovered, no complications. Conclusion The mini plate internal fi xation method or radial head prosthesis replacement in the treatment of comminuted radial head fractures, have achieved good results, suitable for clinical application.更多还原
