【摘要】 人力资本理论认为,人才资源数量和质量的增加对于促进地区经济增长具有重要作用。笔者以吉林省为研究对象,首先,利用1998—2011年的时间序列数据和多元线性回归分析法,对吉林省人才资源对其经济增长的贡献程度进行了考察和测量;其次,对吉林省地区经济发展过程中人才资源配置方面存在的问题进行了系统的梳理和分析;最后,针对上述问题,笔者给出了相关对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Human resources theories believe that the increase in the quantity and quality of human resources plays an important role in the promotion of local economic development.On the basis of the case in Jilin Province,the authors have investigated and measured the degree of contributions to the local economic development made by human resources in Jilin Province.First,it was done by the means the analysis of time series data and multiple linear regression;and then it was done by way of systematic carding and analysis of the problems in the allocation of human resources in the development process in Jilin Province.At last the authors make some relevant policy suggestions to deal with the above questions.更多还原
