梯级电站群优化调度天气预报利用研究

【摘要】 浑江流域梯级电站群,多年来通过分析利用流域洪水预报、天气预报等综合信息,合理预蓄预泄,在确保防洪安全的前提下,提高电站的综合利用效益。在洪水预报模型基本满足要求的情况下,综合信息的利用关键在于短期天气预报信息可利用。对于浑江梯级电站,短期降雨预报主要在于依据信息可以提前预泄,在洪水退水期也可以及时拦蓄洪尾。

【Abstract】 Under the promise of flood control safety of cascade power stations in Hunjiang river basin, the comprehensive utilization benefit of the stations are improved through the rational pre-storage and pre-release with the comprehensive information including the flood forecast and the weather forecast of river basin for many years. The key point of comprehensive information utilization is short-term weather forecast when the flood forecast model could basically meet the demand of work. The short-term precipitation forecast is mainly used for pre-release and intercepting and storing flood tail in flood recession stage for cascade power stations of Hunjiang river.
