【Abstract】 CBET model,which depends on the occupational analysis to determine the teaching content and teaching methods,is the guidance for classroom teaching reform in colleges. Taking the course of Training and Development as an example,based on CBET model,this paper makes a reform on the classroom teaching of this course,so that to improve students’ post adaptive ability,learning autonomy,learning interest,and promote teachers’ teaching ability.更多还原
