【摘要】 市民科学素质关乎国家、城市的发展,常州市在提高市民科学素质与科技创新的工作上做出了较好成绩,但据2009年公众科学素养调查显示,市民科学素质的城乡差异和男女差异仍日趋加剧。如何进一步提升公众市民的科学素质,打造现代品质之城成为摆在我们面前的难题,解决的对策应该从以注重精神层面、加强重点人群建设、创设科普大格局等方面入手。更多还原

【Abstract】 Citizens’ scientific quality is related to the development of a city and a country. Changzhou has made great achievements in improving citizens’ scientific quality and scientific innovation. As is show n in the survey of public scientific quality in 2009,there is a grow ing in the differences betw een urban citizens and rural citizens and in gender difference as w ell. How to further improve public citizens’ scientific quality and to create modern and high quality cities is a difficulty w e are facing w ith. The corresponding strategies should be explored from aspects of paying attention to spiritual level,focusing on strengthening target population construction and setting up an environment of popularization of science.更多还原
