【摘要】 目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)血管成像技术在主动脉夹层动脉瘤中的应用价值。方法对23例主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者行胸腹部CTA扫描,应用后处理技术对图像进行三维重建。结果采用多平面重组(MPR)、最大密度投影法(MIP)、表面遮盖显示(SSD)和容积再现(VR)等图像后处理技术,主动脉夹层累范围及其腔内血栓、管壁钙化移位和破裂口均得到清晰、全面显示。结论多层螺旋CT(MSCT)血管成像可全面显示主动脉夹层动脉瘤的范围和解剖细节,可作为首选方法的检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) angiography on aortic dissecting aneurysm. Methods Pre- and post-contrast CT scanning with multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) of chest and abdomen were performed in 23 patients with aortic dissection. Results Post-processing techniques including multislice reformation(MPR), maximum intensity projection(MIP), volume rendering(VR) and surface shaded display(SSD) were undertaken. The extent, intraluminal thrombus, aneurismal wall calcification and ingression, entry of intimal tear were displayed comprehensive and clearly. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) imaging displayed the aortic dissection comprehensively and can be used as the preferred method before surgery.更多还原
