【Abstract】 In order to study the different quality of market food about lead and cadmium content, 11animal source food were investigated.Graphite furnace atomic absorption was adopted on a number of different lead and cadmium content of food for testing.The results showed that sampling of food measured in lead and cadmium limits were not exceeded national minimum standards.Food manufacturer paid increasing attention on food quality and safety,so that the food of lead,cadmium and other heavy metal content has been effectively controlled.更多还原
