动物性食品中铅、镉含量指标的调查研究

【摘要】 对市售11种动物性食品的铅、镉含量进行抽样分析。应用原子吸收石墨炉法对几种不同食品铅和镉含量进行检测。结果显示,所测抽检的食品中铅和镉的含量均未超出国家最低限量标准。食品的生产厂家越来越重视食品质量安全的控制,使食品中铅、镉等重金属含量得到了有效控制。

【Abstract】 In order to study the different quality of market food about lead and cadmium content, 11animal source food were investigated.Graphite furnace atomic absorption was adopted on a number of different lead and cadmium content of food for testing.The results showed that sampling of food measured in lead and cadmium limits were not exceeded national minimum standards.Food manufacturer paid increasing attention on food quality and safety,so that the food of lead,cadmium and other heavy metal content has been effectively controlled.
