基于压力传感器阵列的轻武器杀伤效应测试系统

【摘要】 轻武器杀伤效应是评价轻武器性能和指导轻武器设计的重要技术指标.为了研究和科学评价轻武器的杀伤效应,设计了埋设有压力传感器阵列的模拟靶标.利用高速摄影机和压力测试系统同步测试,获得了某型号手枪弹在50 m射距下侵彻带有防护材料的模拟靶标的高速摄影图像和压力波曲线,揭示了某型号手枪弹在侵彻带防护模拟靶标的过程中产生的压力变化特性.实际测试结果表明,弹丸在侵彻带防护的模拟靶标的过程中,对防护材料产生的冲击波,可瞬间向模拟靶标传递并转换产生对人体致伤起重要作用的峰值压力.通过对压力传感器阵列所获取的压力曲线进行分析,可以科学评价轻武器的杀伤效应.

【Abstract】 Assessment of the target damage effect of light weapons makes a great significance on evaluation for the performance of light weapons and guidance for the design of light weapons. In order to research and scientifically evaluate the performance of light weapons,the simulated target was designed in which the pressure sensor array were installed. By means of the high-speed photography system and pressure test system of synchronization,the characteristics of pressure wave produced in the penetrating process were researched. The high speed photography and pressure curves of a model handgun penetrating the simulated target with protection at 50 m range were presented. The pressure wave characteristics of a model handgun penetrating the simulated target with protection were revealed. The actual test results show that the peak pressure waves are caused by the releasing energy in the process of penetrating the simulated target with protection. The peak pressure wave plays an important role on the human body injury. The performance of light weapons can be scientifically evaluated through analysis of the pressure waves obtained by the pressure sensor array.
