【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening up, tremendous achievements have been made in China’s economic andsocial development. But at the same time, there occur many new problems, which force China to set off a newround of reforms. The Decision on Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening Reforms was adopted atthe close of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, starting the overall deployment of com-prehensively deepening reforms, and stressing the need to further strengthen the construction of the Party in orderto provide a strong political guarantee for the reform and opening up and socialist modernization construction. Theconstruction of the Party is closely linked to the comprehensive deepening of the reforms, which makes a new de-mand on further strengthening the construction of the Party.更多还原
