基于灰色关联理论的哈大巨型城市走廊产业结构趋同性

【摘要】 城市间产业的合理分工合作是高效巨型城市走廊的重要保障,而产业结构趋同性研究则是分析其产业分工与合作的前提。由于行政区经济、资源环境和经济发展阶段的相似性,导致区域城市间产业结构趋同性很强,形成重复建设和恶性竞争。运用灰色关联理论分析哈大巨型城市走廊产业结构趋同性动态演变特征。研究结论:1)省内产业结构趋同现象较严重,特别是辽宁省内城市间产业结构趋同性整体较强,产业分工不明确。2)跨省城市间产业趋同性较强的情况则多发生于核心城市与其他城市之间或核心城市之间。核心城市与其他城市产业趋同性整体较核心城市之间、其他城市之间产业趋同性强。可见,核心城市与其他城市以及核心城市之间没有形成良好的产业分工氛围。3)各城市产业结构平均趋同性均较低,且整体下降趋势。

【Abstract】 This research will take Ha-Da mega-corridor in northeast China to analysis it’s dynamic characteristic of industrial structure homoplasy based on grey relation theory. Firstly,the location quotients of 19 kinds of industries in every city will be calculated.Secondly,by using the location quotients,this research will compute the industrial grey similarity correlation degree between cities from2001 to 2011. Main conclusions made by this research are as follows. Firstly,industrial structure homoplasy is more serious within provinces. Higher industrial grey similarity correlation degree of Ha-Da mega-corridor is mostly found within provinces,particularly cities of Liaoning. Secondly,higher industrial grey similarity correlations degree between cities in different provinces mostly happen between the four core cities and other cities,and between the four core cities. Industrial grey similarity correlation degree between Changchun and other cities in Liaoning,and Changchun and Dalian are the highest. Totally speaking,the industrial grey similarity correlation degree between the four core cities and other cities are higher than the industrial grey similarity correlation degree between the four core cities,and the other cities. Therefore,there is not effective cooperation among the four core cities and the other cities of Ha-Da mega-corridor. Thirdly,the average industrial grey similarity correlations degree of all cities is lowever,and continues a downward trend. And Liaoning has higher average industrial grey similarity correlation degree,especially the resource based industrial cities. Besides,the average industrial grey similarity correlation degree of the core cities Dalian and Changchun is slightly higher.
