【摘要】 目的探讨中国常武地区汉族人群磷酸二酯酶4D(PDE4D)基因rs153031多态性与不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)易感性的关系。方法对172例UAP患者(UAP组)和性别与年龄相匹配的220例非冠心病(CHD)患者(对照组)采用Taqman探针技术检测PDE4D基因rs153031多态性。结果该人群UAP患者和非CHD者中存在PDE4D基因rs153031多态性。与对照组比较,UAP组rs153031位点GG、GA、AA基因型和G等位基因频率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在中国常武地区汉族人群中,PDE4D基因rs153031多态性与UAP的易感性无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the association between the phosphodiesterase 4D(PDE4D)gene rs153031polymorphism and the susceptibility of unstable angina pectoris(UAP)in Chinese Han population of Changwu region.Methods The PDE4Dgene rs153031polymorphism was genotyped by Taqman probe in 172UAP patients(UAP group),as well as in gender-and-age-matched 220subjects without coronary heart disease(CHD)(control group).Results In this crowd,there was PDE4Dgene rs153031polymorphism in patients with UAP and in subjects without CHD.Compared with control group,frequencies of GG,GA,AA genotypes and G allele of rs153031in UAP group showed no statistical differences(P>0.05).Conclusion In Chinese Han population of Changwu region,PDE4Dgene rs153031polymorphism shows no association with the susceptibility of UAP.更多还原
