磷渣粉对磷酸镁水泥性能的影响

【摘要】 以磷渣粉作为磷酸镁水泥的掺合料,研究了磷酸镁水泥(MPC)的凝结时间、流动性、力学性能和物相组成,探讨了磷渣粉对MPC水泥石的火山灰效应强度贡献率和水化机理。结果表明:磷渣粉能明显延长MPC浆体凝结时间,磷渣粉火山灰效应明显,在一定掺量范围内能提高浆体流动性并能提高水泥石后期的抗压强度,随着磷渣粉掺量的增加,抗折强度却呈下降趋势。MPC水化体系中,磷渣粉电离的OH-抑制了氧化镁的溶解,延缓了水化的快速进行。

【Abstract】 Phosphorus slag powder was used as mineral admixture,the influence of phosphorus slag powder on setting time,fluidity,mechanical properties and phase composition of magnesium phosphate cement(MPC)mortar were studied in order to discuss pozzolanic strength contribution rate and hydration mechanism of phosphorus slag powder for MPC.The results show that phosphorus slag powder postpone the setting time of mortar obviously,the fluidity of mortar can be increased by limiting phosphorus slag powder within a certain range.The pozzolanic effect of phosphorus slag powder is obvious and can increase the compressive strength of hardened cement paste if the ratio is limited in a certain range.While with the increasing of phosphorus slag powder,the flexural strength reduces all through.Ionizing OH-of phosphorus slag powder in MPC delay dissolution of magnesian and postpone rapid hydration.
