纳米Al2O3颗粒增强Ni基合金激光熔覆涂层高温抗氧化性能的研究

【摘要】 为了研究纳米颗粒对Ni基合金高温抗氧化性能的影响,采用压片预置式激光熔覆工艺,添加适量纳米Al2O3颗粒,采用NiCoCrAlY合金粉末在GH4037合金表面激光熔覆制备了纳米Al2O3颗粒增强NiCoCrAlY合金涂层,对熔覆层及界面区进行了显微组织分析,进行了1070℃等温条件下的高温抗氧化性试验。结果表明,添加适量纳米Al2O3颗粒对NiCoCrAlY合金激光熔覆层组织具有明显细化作用,对界面区裂纹的形成有一定的抑制作用,熔覆层的高温抗氧化性能显著提高。

【Abstract】 In order to study the high temperature oxidation resistance of nanoparticles to Ni-based alloys,nano-Al2O3 particles reinforced Ni-based alloy coating were prepared by laser cladding on the surface of GH4037 alloy.The microstructure of cladding layer and the interface region were analyzed,high temperature oxidation resistance under isothermal condition was tested at 1070 ℃.The results showed that appropriate amount of nano-Al2O3 particles addition on the NiCoCrAlY alloy laser cladding has obvious refinement,they also can inhibiting crack formation of the interface region.High temperature oxidation resistance of the laser cladding is improved significantly.
