电纺丝法制备稀土复合掺杂二氧化钛及其光催化性能研究
Study of Photocatalytic Performance of TiO2 Adulterated Multiple Tombarthite Made by Electrospining
【摘要】 利用静电纺丝法制备了多组分(CeO2+La2O3)稀土掺杂TiO2的纳米纤维,测定了其SEM型貌,通过与未掺杂的纯TiO2粉体及溶胶-凝胶法制备的稀土掺杂TiO2的XRD图谱、光催化性能及沉降性能的比较研究,发现多组分稀土掺杂能够较大幅度提高TiO2的光催化性能,同时该法制备的纳米纤维沉降速度明显高于其他方法制备的光催化剂,能够有效防止二次污染。
【Abstract】 Manufactured the TiO2-nanofiber adulterated multiple tombarthite(CeO2+La2O3)made by electrospining,measured its SEM,compared its XRD,photocatalytic performance and settling property with pure TiO2and multiplex photo-catalyst made by sol-gel method,discovered that photocatalytic performance of photo-catalyst adulterated multiple tombarthite are excellence than pure TiO2,and the settling property of photo-catalyst made by electrospining is higher than another two,it can prevent the secondary pollution effectively.
