氧空位的引入对纳米TiO2光催化性能的影响及其研究进展

【摘要】 随着对TiO2研究的深入,人们逐渐意识到杂质或缺陷特别是氧空位在TiO2光催化体系中具有重要作用。综述了在TiO2中引入氧空位的主要方法,简要概括了氧空位对TiO2的可见光吸收、能带结构和光催化性能等方面产生的影响,并指出氧空位可控性的重要性以及TiO2光催化材料在未来应用的机遇和挑战。

【Abstract】 The significant effect of impurities or defects,especially oxygen vacancies,on the TiO2-based photocatalysts has intensively attracted much attention according to plentiful researches in these decades.Here,the main methods of introducing oxygen vacancies into the TiO2 are reviewed.Then the influence of oxygen vacancies on the properties of TiO2 is briefly discussed,such as visible light absorption,energy band structure,and photocatalytic performance,etc.Additionally,the controllability of oxygen vacancies is emphasized and then the challenges and opportunities of the application of TiO2-based photocatalysts in the future are pointed out.
