奥氏体不锈钢低温渗碳硬度与耐蚀性关联性研究

【摘要】 以304不锈钢为研究对象,采取等离子辉光放电技术对其进行低温离子渗碳,选取不同的工艺参数,测得不同温度条件下的硬度值,然后分别进行盐雾试验,经过对比分析,得到相关数据。结果表明,由于奥氏体不锈钢中有过饱和的碳原子渗入,引起奥氏体晶格发生畸变,使得304不锈钢表面硬度提高。450℃温度条件下,在耐腐蚀性不下降过多的情况下,可以大幅度提高硬度,以获得最佳的硬度与耐腐蚀性。

【Abstract】 This paper studies on the 304 stainless steel by using low temperature plasma carburizing technology. By selecting different parameters,measure the hardness of the samples under different temperature conditions,and then,salt spray test were carried out,obtain the correlation data through comparative analysis. The results show that,because of the super saturation of the alloying element C in the austenitic lattice and the distortion of the austenite lattice,304 stainless steel surface hardness are improved significantly. Under the condition of 450 ℃,in the case of corrosion resistance does not decrease too much,the hardness can be greatly improved,and also can obtain the optimal hardness value and corrosion resistance.
