【摘要】 目的:子宫内膜异位症为育龄妇女常见的慢性疾病,近年来使用中医治疗逐渐普遍且广为患者接受,然而临床上却缺乏充足的实证与治疗共识,此研究目的为归纳子宫内膜异位症之中医用药规律,以供临床参考。方法:回溯研究台湾长庚医院北院区2002年~2011年间,治疗子宫内膜异位症之中医处方治则及用药。结果:所有中药处方中,最常使用的方剂种类为补益剂(28.45%),其次为理血剂(28.32%)、清热剂(20.39%)。最常用的单方及单味药则分别是桂枝茯苓丸(20.67%)和香附(5.28%)。结论:子宫内膜异位症主要病机为虚、瘀、热,因而相应治则以补益、理血及清热为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Endometriosis was a common and chronic illness in women of reproductive age. Complementary and alternative therapies such as traditional Chinese medicine had become popular and acceptable. However,substantial scientific evidence and consensus on treating endometriosis was lacking. The aim of this study was to investigate the characteristics and utilization of traditional Chinese medicine among women with endometriosis in a medical center. Methods: We retrospectively collected endometriosis patients at the Chang Gung Memorial Hospital between 2002 and 2011. Patients’ demographic data and traditional Chinese medicine treatment prescriptions were analyzed. Results: Gui-Zhi-Fu-Ling-Wan( Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pill)( 20. 67%) and Xiang-Fu( Cyperi Rhizoma)( 5. 28%) were the most frequently prescribed herbal formula and single herb,respectively. Conclusion: According to the result of our research,tonification,regulating blood,and clearing heat are major therapeutic principles of endometriosis. Our data represents the consensus of experts’ knowledge and experience in regards to herbal selection for the treatment of endometriosis.更多还原
