糖尿病患者肝脏过氧化物酶体脂肪酸代谢变化的研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨糖尿病患者肝脏过氧化物酶体脂肪酸β-氧化的变化情况。方法:23例肝外伤患者分为糖尿病组(10例)和正常糖耐量组(NGT,13例),分别检测两组患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)、总胆固醇、甘油三酯和游离脂肪酸的含量,参照文献分别检测肝组织过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶体脂酰CoA氧化酶和过氧化物酶体脂肪酸β-氧化的活性。结果:糖尿病组患者的FPG、2hPG、甘油三酯、游离脂肪酸、过氧化氢酶、脂酰CoA氧化酶和过氧化物酶体脂肪酸β-氧化明显高于NGT组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病时存在脂质代谢紊乱和肝脏过氧化物酶体脂肪酸β-氧化活性的增强。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the changes of fatty acid metabolism in peroxisomes of diabetes mellitus patients’ liver.Methods: 23 liver trauma patients were divided into diabetes mellitus(DM) group(10 cases) and normal sugar tolerance(NGT) group(13 cases). The fasting blood glucose(FBG), 2-hour post-meal blood glucose(2hPG), triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC) and free fatty acid(FFA) in serum; the catalase, peroxisomal acyl CoA oxidase and peroxisomal fatty acid β-oxidation in liver of patients were respectively detected. Results:The FBG, 2hPG, TG, FFA, catalase, peroxisomal acyl CoA oxidase and peroxisomal fatty acid β-oxidation of patients in diabetes mellitus group were all obviously higher than that of patients in NGT group(P< 0.01, P< 0.05).Conclusions:Diabetes mellitus is associated with lipid metabolism disorders and increasing of peroxisomal fatty acid β-oxidation in liver.
