【摘要】 针对当前河南省开展的"顶岗实习,置换培训"工作进行调研和分析发现,虽然这种模式使高师院校与中小学在互惠互利、合作双赢方面取得了一定的成效,但在实践过程中仍存在诸多困难和问题。文章对教育主管部门、高校、中小学存在问题分别进行剖析,给出建立长效机制、规范管理、创新模式等新的思路,对进一步提高质量和实效性提出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Research and analysis have been conducted for the course of"in-post teaching practice and replacement training"implemented in Henan Province,and it has found that although this mode had achieved certain effect of reciprocity and mutual benefit and win-win cooperation among normal universities and middle and primary schools,many difficulties and problems still existed in the process of practice.So in this paper,problems existing in education authorities,universities,schools,etc are analyzed,the new thought of establishing a long-term mechanism with standardized management and innovative mode is provided,and suggestions of further improving quality and timeliness are put forward.更多还原
