【摘要】 目的探讨新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的影响因素,提高患儿生存质量,降低死亡率,为临床医学和护理提供理论依据。方法采用调查研究及病例分析法,对我院101名缺血缺氧性脑病患儿的影响因素进行相关和回归分析。结果羊水污染、产程异常、胎盘异常、妊高症或贫血、脐带异常是导致新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的主要危险因素。结论做好围生期保健,增强孕妇自我保健意识,完善产前检查,提高有关孕母及胎儿知识,对降低新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病发生率至关重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influencing factor of the newborn with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE),so as to improve the quality of life of neonatal patients and reduce decrease mortality,as well as provide theoretical basis for clinical medicine and nursing.Methods Investigations and case analysis was conducted in 101newborns with HIE,by using the related and regression analysis correlation and regression analysis.Results Amniotic fluid contamination,abnormal labor process,placental abnormality,pregnancy-induced hypertension or hypohemia,abnormality of umbilial cord are the major risk factors that lead to newborns with HIE.Conclusion Strengthening the perinatal health care,enhance consciousness of health care of pregnant women,perfect prenatal examination,enhance knowledge about pregnant woman and foetus is essential to reduce incidence rate of HIE.更多还原
