【摘要】 目的考察罕见血型Rh缺失型D--个体及家系成员Rh膜复合物蛋白的变化情况。方法采用流式细胞仪测定红细胞膜上D、Band3、CD47、GPA、LW、RhAG蛋白的表达量。结果先证者、父亲、母亲、女儿、丈夫D、Band3、CD47、GPA、LW、RhAG蛋白的表达量与对照的比值为:2.38、1.61、1.83、2.00、0.62;1.03、0.72、1.12、0.85、0.99;0.35、0.79、0.66、0.88、0.91;0.86、0.80、0.91、0.81、0.87;2.46、未做、2.36、2.30、1.12;0.70、0.78、0.93、0.86、0.97。结论 D--个体及家系成员LW的表达与D抗原的表达量呈正相关,D--个体CD47的表达减少,其他蛋白变化不大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of Rh membrane protein complex of a family which has a rare Rh deletion D- type. Methods Flow Cytometry was used to determine the expression level of RhD,Band3,CD47,GPA,LW and RhAG protein on red blood cells.
